BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Identify business opportunities & potential prospects.
• Attend trade exhibitions & conferences
• Conduct market research, analyze customer needs / expectations.
• Maintain, update & monitor company’s activities on social media.
• Attend event /project briefing sessions.
• Organize internal brainstorm sessions and come up with proposal decks / quotations for pitch.
•  Develop, establish & maintain relationship with clients by providing support and solutions.
• Identify services /products improvement to remain in trend.
• Maintain quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
• Contribute to the team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
• Organize and develop a comprehensive Quarterly Sales Plan.
• Update weekly / monthly sales reports
• Achieve monthly & annual sales targets
• Meticulous to details

Qualifications
Minimum Diploma in Sales & Marketing or Event Management.

Experience
Minimum 1-2 years in event sales & marketing

Other Requirements & Skills

• Willing to be posted anywhere in Malaysia or abroad.
• A dynamic individual who is willing to work over and above the job description to deliver remarkable service to clients and is has flexible /adaptable approach in terms of working hours.
• Ability to speak in English & Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin / Cantonese / Tamil is an added advantage.
• Possess valid driving license.
